TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – A man was sent to a local hospital after being stabbed last night.
The Topeka Police Department responded to reports about a stabbing around 10:23 p.m. Officers found a 24-year-old man with stab wounds on his backside in the 1600 block of SW Lane Street. They believe the stabbing took place at another location, but the victim walked to SW Lane and collapsed on the sidewalk.
Police say the victim did not wish to cooperate with law enforcement.
He was transported to the hospital by ambulance and is expected to make a full recovery.
