Topeka Public School’s new superintendent leading the way with literacy

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – USD 501 Superintendent Dr. Tiffany Anderson recently sat down with KSNT News Anchor Jared Broyles to talk about why literacy is her educational battle cry.

Hear her explain her personal vision for teaching Topeka students not just to read, but to read well. She also talks representing the school district at a national education conference at which she presented on the topic of literacy.

Dr. Anderson says Topeka Public Schools has the opportunity to influence and impact school districts across the country with the literacy initiatives being implemented in their classrooms.
