Voting for more sunshine and quieter days ahead

Partly Cloudy Sky

*FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF NORTHEAST KANSAS TONIGHT

What We’re Tracking:

  • Patchy frost tonight
  • Cooler weather ahead
  • No more rain chances anytime soon

Tonight will be our first chance for frost in quite some time, however it won’t be widespread. In fact, places like Topeka will see temperatures around 36° tomorrow morning. Areas north of I-70 have the best chance for some frost to develop as temperatures there will be closer to the freezing mark of 32°.

Wall-to-wall sunshine will dominate the extended forecast. In fact, there’s no chance for rain between now and next week. Aside from temperatures in the upper 60s to lower 70s on Thursday, we’ll be comfortably sitting in the low to mid 60s through the weekend.
