TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – A Topeka man is in jail this morning after he barricaded himself in his home.
Police were called to a home near 37th and SE Humbodlt Tuesday on a domestic dispute.
When police arrived the man barricaded himself in his home. After a few hours of negotiations police were able to get 58-year-old Kevin Chandler out of the house.
Chandler was booked on charges of kidnapping, domestic battery and criminal threat among other charges.
