PITTSBURG, Kan. (KSNT) – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation reported Wednesday morning that two bodies have been found in southeast Kansas believed to be related in a recent homicide investigation.
KBI says after a four day investigation and search with the Linn County Sheriff’s office, two bodies were found late Tuesday night buried on a rural property west of Pittsburg.
The bodies recovered are believed to be Betty Mcnabb, 87, and Kenneth Mcnabb, 65, both of Pleasanton.
KBI says autopsies and official identification are pending.
David Mcnabb, 31, of Pittsburg was arrested Monday for second-degree murder, criminal desecration of a body, and interference with a law enforcement officer.
