Motorcycle organization gives back this holiday season

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) –   A motorcycle rights organization is giving back to kids in need this holiday season. They are known as the ‘American Brotherhood Aimed Toward Education.’ They held a motorcycle ride in Topeka earlier today to bring toys to the Toys for Tots program. The ride started about a mile away from Lake Shawnee at American Legion Post 1 and ended at the American Legion Post 400 on Highway 24. Each of the 200 riders had to donate a toy to join to the ride.

“Families who may not have other means to provide toys in this case for their children at Christmas is something that we are very supportive of,” Steve Christenberry, the ABATE District #4 President said.

This is the 33rd year the motorcycle ride for Toys for Tots has been held.
