After starting off yesterday morning in the 70s, high temperatures for today will only get as high as the 70s. Decreasing cloud cover throughout the day will go along with breezy north and northwesterly winds at about 10 to 15 mph. Gusts could exceed 20 mph at times.
Winds will die down as day transitions to night. Lighter winds under mainly clear skies will allow temperatures to plummet. Overnight lows are expected to bottom out in 40s.
More sunshine and 70 degree is expected for the next couple of days. Our next slight rain chance rolls in late Friday. Otherwise, the weekend looks to be dry with temperatures in the low 80s.
