The upper level storm system responsible for  today's heavy rains and storms will continue to spread showers across the area tonight with a few rumbles of thunder possible... lows in the mid 50's.  Following a few scattered morning showers, expect mostly cloudy and cool conditions on Tuesday with highs limited to the upper 60's.  Improving conditions are expected for the second half of the week with highs in the 70's under a fair amount of sunshine Wednesday through Friday.  Another strong storm system appears to be looming for the weekend...  Scattered showers are expected with the possibiltiy of thunderstorms on Saturday.  More unsettled weather is expected for Sunday and into early next week as much cooler conditions arrive across the region.  27 News Morning Meteorologist Tom Hagen will have the latest forecast details starting at 5 AM on Early Today.
