WITH LOCAL RAINFALL TOTALS EXCEEDING 2 INCHES.

* EXCESSIVE RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS...

ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS. SOME OF THESE LOCATIONS ALREADY
RECEIVED 1 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN SUNDAY EVENING THEREFORE THE
GROUND IS SATURATED. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL
WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING. THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN
COULD RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING.
